Project Overview
The Mycel Project is a district-scale exploration property located in southwestern Bolivia, within a highly prospective polymetallic and silver-gold mineral belt recognized for hosting significant epithermal and sediment-hosted mineral systems. The project consists of 5,175 hectares of 100% company-owned mining concessions, strategically positioned within an emerging exploration district and in proximity to a recent discovery announced by one of Bolivia's leading silver producers, highlighting the strong mineral endowment of the area.
Preliminary geological interpretations indicate favorable regional structural controls and host lithologies consistent with mineralized systems identified elsewhere in the district. The property remains largely underexplored using modern exploration techniques, providing significant discovery potential. A key structural feature is a 12 km NW-SE trending corridor interpreted from geological mapping and remote sensing — the primary exploration target for the Phase I program.
The addition of the Mycel Project further diversifies and strengthens Mycelium Minerals' exploration portfolio, increasing the Company's exposure to silver-dominant polymetallic systems within a highly prospective geological district. The project lies within the same regional geological environment as several significant discoveries within the Bolivian Precambrian terrain, including deposits such as Puquio Norte, where exploration has outlined a multi-million-ounce gold system.
